In a flashback, after opening the hatch , Jack remember the accident of Sarah, as well as how they met with the guy named Desmond and how successful the surgery was. While looking for the dog, Shannon has a vision of Walt telling her to beware of "the others". Jack go back to the caves and gives hope to the other survivors.
